Courtney Larisa, flight attendant by day and soul surfer in her free time, joined the cast of OWN Networks newest series, Ready to Love. Larisa said that she wanted to test the waters and see if she could find her perfect match. However, she didn’t learn about the rules to the dating hoopla until the first day of filming. Ready to love is an unscripted dating series from a male perspective. "Ready to Love" features successful black men and women in their 30s and 40s as they go through the steps of courtship. These men and women are looking for everlasting love. The men bring their observations and experiences to the forefront as they search for true love. Thomas "Nephew Tommy" Miles hosts the show.
Courtney Larisa is a native of Louisville, Kentucky. Nevertheless, while filming Ready to Love, she was stationed in Atlanta, Georgia, because of her full-time gig with the airline.
The 37-year-old is a credit restoration’s professional, who works closely with real estate agents to help first time buyers purchase their homes.
She got into the business about 11 years ago. Courtney wanted to buy a triplex, but she had terrible credit. At the time, she was engaged to be married. Even though her credit wasn’t the best, her beau had A1 credit. Before they could finish the process, her fiancé pulled out of the deal, which crushed Larisa’s vision of owning the multiplex. She is a driven person to helping others with their credit, and soon, we hope she will be back on NikiMarie Radio to help our listeners understand the importance of credit, and find solutions to fix the economy, one credit lesson at a time.
